HNBR
As a popular alternative to PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) used as a binder in lithium battery cathode materials, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) operates effectively within a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, and can reach up to 180°C with certain specialized formulations. HNBR boasts High Tensile strength, High Tear Strength, and superior wear resistance, along with outstanding mechanical properties. Compared to other polymers, HNBR is better suited to meet the demanding requirements of the automotive industry.
